Processing Time
Every ForgedLynk piece is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for standard items to be made and packed before shipping. Custom and personalized orders may take longer — typically 5-7 business days — since each name or saying is cast individually.
Shipping Rates
- Flat rate shipping: $4.99 on all domestic orders
- Free shipping on orders over $35
Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We currently ship via USPS and FEDEX. Once your order ships, typical delivery takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where We Ship
At this time, ForgedLynk ships within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you never received it, please contact us at info@forgedlynk.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.
Order Changes
Since most pieces are made to order, please double-check your custom text/name carefully at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at info@forgedlynk.com — we may be able to update it if production hasn’t started yet, but can’t guarantee changes once an order is in progress.
